The wash is done by the Dr.PRO automatic washer: it scans your scalp, adjusts massage pressure and water temperature, washes with Chami herbal shampoo, then you dry off under the ion dryer. 9 minutes suits short and medium hair; 15 and 21 minutes add more massage time for medium and long hair; 21 minutes adds a premium scalp serum; 70 minutes is our longest scalp-care session.
