Visiting Lian for the first time surely raises a few questions — here are the answers.
What services does Lian Spa offer?
Six groups: AI hair washing (including the lunch-nap package), head spa (50-minute combos, An 60 min, An Tức 90 min, Hồi Khí 120 min), body massage (oil, hot stone, foot), Oriental acupressure, steam and herbal foot soaks, and IPL hair removal for women. Each package has its own page with steps and prices.
How is AI washing different from a head spa?
AI washing is done by the automatic machine in 9–21 minutes — quick and even. A head spa is a hands-on wash by a specialist on a private bed with head, face, neck and shoulder massage, lasting 30–120 minutes for deeper relaxation.
How long is a visit? Can I combine services?
From 9 minutes (quick AI wash) to 120 minutes (full head spa). You can combine a wash with a massage or steam and foot soak in one visit — our staff will suggest a plan that fits your time.
Is the machine cleaned between guests?
Yes. It self-sanitizes 99.9% with Ozone in just 60 seconds before each session, plus daily manual cleaning — clean and safe.
Can it wash long, dyed or extended hair?
Yes. Chami herbal shampoo is gentle and silicone-free, safe for dyed/extended hair. For long hair, a technician assists to keep it evenly clean and tangle-free.
Do I need to book in advance?
You can drop in for an AI wash. For head spa, massage and oriental wellness, please book ahead via the website form, Zalo or 0775 675 577 so we can hold a room and specialist for you.
Is there free car parking?
Yes. Lian has plenty of free car parking right at the spa (38 Street 1, Him Lam, Tan Hung, District 7) — feel free to drive over.
Are there any extra charges?
No. Listed prices are all-inclusive. Top up a card at the counter for lower prices on every service — shareable with family.
How can I pay?
